Wolfgang P. Ruth (55) is
an entrepreneurial executive with more than 20 years
of experience managing sales, marketing, operations,
personnel and merchandising for both start-up and established
IT, software and multimedia companies. Founder and CEO
of realizor, of Munich , Wolfgang believes in a motivational
management style with a record of building and retaining
highly motivated sales teams, distributor networks and
corporate representatives.
His current endeavor, realizor,
is designed to help technology companies successfully
launch into new markets rapidly and safely. From 2000
to 2004, Wolfgang was the senior operations manager
for the Germany subsidiary of CONVERA Technologies,
generating more than $1 million within the first 6 months.
And as senior vice president for Europe and Asia for
Dataware Technologies, Wolfgang was instrumental in
taking the company public in 1993.
