European business. The realizor team works closely with the US executive team and seeks to leverage clients existing product, sales and marketing expertise. In parallel with the
development of the plan, realizor immediately begins to generate revenue opportunities and ensure operational traction by "switching on" our specialist in-house services, which include:
We commence the recruitment of the core European team via recruiters or from our network, starting with the key position of VP Europe. Our recruitment team works with the client on a
phased basis through the course of our contract to build a fully complimented team. We establish the full back office infrastructure with our experienced team handling all-legal, tax, IT and
other operational needs on our clients behalf. |
